When we arrived at Ray's Reptile Show we did not know what to expect....we never expected to have a live alligator in a pen whereby everyone is welcome to pet him. Tessa was a little nervous at first but with dad by her side she had no problem petting his tail. As an aside ...for the longest time, in the morning when Pat & I bring Tess in our bed with us at 6:30 am we play this game that there are alligator on the floor and if she gets off the bed the alligators will eat her....anything for us to get some extra zzz's. So it was extra cool for her to see a live alligator and not the pretend ones that live in our bedroom.
